A Family Tradition of Service to the Law
Our founder, Kenneth L. Baritz, graduated from Temple University in 1972, and received his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1975. Mr. Baritz is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable practitioners of landlord/tenant law in the Philadelphia area.
Kenneth's son, Todd L. Baritz, also graduated, cum laude, from the Widener University School of Law, where he was vice president of the Moot Court Honor Society. After graduation, Todd completed a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Joseph A. Dych, Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. Todd is experienced in landlord and tenant law, criminal law, and collecting and enforcing judgments.
Harry F. Feinberg is of counsel to the firm. Mr. Feinberg focuses his practice on family law and criminal defense.
